JOIN THE QUEUE FOR THIS SEASON’S MOST COVETABLE AFTER-HOURS ACCESSORY

It may not be over yet, but it’s fair to say – in handbag terms, anyway – 2008 is the year of the clutch. It is also the year of snakeskin, a trend that will only get bigger this season (see Gucci, Mulberry and, especially, the botox-injected Zagliani bags).

Combine the two trends and you have an irresistible accessory – especially when it comes from the label behind the Paddington bag from a few years ago. We really love the light-pink snakeskin version, snapped behind the scenes at Paris Fashion Week earlier in the year (pictured above). And it’s just big enough to hold the label’s latest, self-titled fragrance. Really, you won’t need anything else.
